Plan your hunt

From the moment you land to the day you fly home with your trophies — here’s exactly how a New Zealand Safaris hunt comes together.

A Personal, Guided Experience

What sets a New Zealand Safaris hunt apart

We run genuine, free-range hunting safaris on privately owned high-country land — no resort-style, multi-group lodges. Your hunt is yours alone, tailored to your experience, fitness and the trophies you’re after, and hosted personally by outfitter Jim Gibson.

Where You’ll Stay

Comfortable, convenient lodging

Based in Fairlie in the central South Island, our primary hunting lodge — All Seasons Lodge — sits within 5 to 30 minutes of our hunting properties, and just 20 minutes to an hour from major New Zealand sightseeing attractions. That makes it easy to pair your hunt with unforgettable activities for family and non-hunters.
